Danielle Heller: Mythology, Ritual
I am Danielle Heller. I have a background in the arts, education and archetypal mythology. I love people and I want to see them self-actualize. We all tell stories about who we are and how we define ourselves. These stories influence the choices that we make and the dreams that we allow ourselves to hold. By learning the told and untold stories of your life, you can rewrite your feelings of the past and the direction of your future. I have a BA in German, an MA in Education, teaching certificates in German, English and Dance and a Type D Administration License for K-12. I am currently writing my Ph.D. dissertation at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Mythology as it applies to archetypal energies in the field of dance.

Travis Loving: Film
Travis wears a multitude of hats, but the thing that binds them all together into a unified whole, is his passion for experiencing, exploring, and articulating the ways in which we connect with ourselves, on another, and with the Universe. his academic journey saw him dabble in philosophy, social psychology, and sociology before culminating with a B.A. and B.F.A. in Film Critical Studies and Film Production. He spent the following several years working actively in the television industry before retiring from production. Travis remains profound passionate about film as one of the primary mechanisms we have of constructing and evolving our collective social reality - our internalized value systems, the goals we strive for, the monsters in the deep we fear, all of these things we explore and discuss in the great forum that is cinema. He is a dedicated teacher, excited about the opportunity of helping film viewers of all ages learn the keys of cinematic discourse so they may experience, understand, and discuss cinema in a deeper and even more rewarding manner.

Becky Myers: Mindfulness, Yoga
Becky is in the trenches, doing the work of mindfulness and contentment in a world that often seems to value busyness and overwhelm instead. Becky is mom to three teenagers and wife to Richard. She works as a teacher at West Jefferson Middle School. And she is an experienced teacher of yoga movement and philosophy. Her wonderfully full life gives her lots of opportunities to practice mindfulness, lots of opportunities to stray from the practice, and just as many opportunities to return to practice. She brings humor, humility, and storytelling to each class to illustrate the ways that ancient philosophy can be relevant in today's world, helping us return to contentment time after time.
