MAP Friday Connect gives students a safe way to stay connected to their peers, while engaging in stimulating content.
Each Friday, we are offering a series of unique workshops to help center students in themselves and connect them with their friend. Our diverse workshops will focus on student self expression and incorporate important skills such as self-direction, self-advocacy, resilience and accountability.
Our lounge located in Conifer, Colorado, will open at 7:30am and and close at 3:30pm. Students are welcome to attend any and all workshops. In between each workshop there is a scheduled break, during which students can grab a snack, eat lunch, talk with friends or do some school work. Weekly workshops have fun themes that encourage students to explore their individuality and creativity.

Friday Workshop: 8:00am-9:15am
Body Connection: Each week this workshop will connect students with their body through activities like Yoga, Dance and Theater.
Friday Workshop: 10:00pm-11:15pm
Self Awareness and Communication: Each week this workshop will connect students to their unique interior. They will learn how to communicate their needs, fears, joys and desires with others.
Friday Workshop: 12:00pm-1:15pm
Makerspace: Each week this workshop will allow students to design and create hands-on projects incorporating designing, creating, engineering and building.
Friday Workshop: 2:00pm-3:15pm
Self Expression and Collaboration: Each week this workshop will get students explore new ways to express themselves and collaborate with others to create unique projects and works of inspiration.

Each month, each Friday, students come and participate in amazing workshops with friends. Four workshops are available each Friday for students to participate in.
